1. Get slick/shiney tissue paper at dollar store. Cut circles in different sizes.
2. Tape circles together end to end. Be sure circles are not touching.
3. Make them as long as you like and with as many circles as you like. They can even be different lengths.
4. Hang in high traffic. Festive New Year dcorations!
